The following will be in the pdf documents properties:

Title of the document
Subject of the document
Author of the document

The following pdf fonts are the only ones you can use:

Courier
Helvetica
Times

Any images in the document need to be entered with a full web address to the image.
Example: <img src="http://www.wherever.com/as-t.jpg" width="48" height="32">
The width and height must be included.

After entering your html code press the 'generate pdf' button, this will open a new window displaying the pdf, or open a save dialogue depending on your browser settings. Be sure to change the name of the pdf file before saving.
